Bed Cooler

Relief For Night Sweats

This Bed Cooler solved my problem. Night sweats and hot flashes at bedtime are a problem for millions of Americans. This problem is not a woman’s only issue as a large number of men suffer from it as well. I know from personal experience as both my spouse and I were experiencing this unpleasant condition, but we easily solved this problem.
There a many a number of different causes for night sweats. Most people are familiar with the hormonal changes and the menopause issue in women, but night sweats can be from a number of different illnesses including cancer, hormone disorders or even from certain other medications such as anti depressants that a person may be taking. Proper investigation by your doctor should be able to determine the cause of the sweats.
There are many different suggestions from a different people on how to best tackle this issue, some which are helpful and others which are still to be determined. Medical doctors have their own way of treating these conditions with a wide variety of pill and replacement hormones which can be really effective.
Alternative health junkies, herbalists and the like have their own forms of concoctions and treatments ranging from herbal teas to aromatherapy and everything in between. Whether this can work for you is unclear unless you try them.
One method that has worked for us has been the purchase of an electronically controlled mattress cooler. Using a technology that runs a small amount of water through silicone tubes, this mattress pad can be adjusted to keep the bed at a temperature of choice between 46 degrees and 118 degrees. Using separate remote controls for both sides of the bed, we can cool it down or heat it up depending upon how we feel.
Using this has allowed me to turn up the temperature setting on the AC unit thus savings us money on our electric bill. Although we haven’t used it in the winter as of yet, I’m hoping to lower my gas bill as well by using the warming function with this device. A two year warranty gives me confidence that this product will last.
